Meet Nam, a 35-year-old who just returned to Vietnam after years of studying in the U.S. Like many of us coming home after a long time away, he was hit with a wave of emotions—nostalgia, excitement, and... well, a bit of horror. Why? Because his childhood home, once a beautiful mansion full of memories, had been left untouched since his family moved to Ho Chi Minh City back in 2014.
What was waiting for him? A full-on jungle. We’re talking thick weeds, vines strangling the walls, buried stone tiles, fallen branches, and a yard that looked like Mother Nature tried to reclaim the entire house.
