On the weekend of September 7, 2024, the Tennessee Valley Railroad Museum hosted their annual Founder's Day celebration. Headlining this year's event was the transformation of Southern Railway 4501 into Gulf, Mobile & Ohio / Alton Railroad 4382 to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the GM&O's final steam run. In this video we will follow and ride along with the "4382" as it travels from Grand Junction to East Chattanooga and back, with guest appearances from Southern 5000 and TAG 80, ending the day with a night photo session in the East Chattanooga yard.
