Once again, Vic Will be doing Stuntman work, but this time, most of the stunts will be on the ocean. Vic will eventually do the rest of the course on land. Once this mission is passed, another side mission is unlocked, and once that side mission is passed, there won't be any new side missions to unlock for a while.
