You'll need a Towtruck in the Fort Carson Garage near the ranch and the Mini-gun. The Mini-gun will allow you to take down the Mavericks without blowing them up. Shoot the Pilot too, since that'll help. Take it slow when you tow the Maverick, since it will be severely damaged.
