Since Forbes isn't who Lance thought he was, Vic is angry that he got them both in a big problem and there's no going back. Lance has yet again contacted someone, this time being a "legit" player getting out of organized crime and is given others the chance to get a big payment.
Lance and Vic were late to the meet, so they need to steal the file from the "lucky" guy who got to the contact first. He has hired muscle to help protect him, though that won't be enough.
