If you want to obtain the EC BF Injection by itself, you are able to store it in a garage, then you can pass the mission. Obtaining the AP/EC Newsvan or the AP/EC Vortexes will require mission failure.
I wasn't able to obtain the AP/EC Newsvan along with the Vortexes, since while driving the Vortex, you have a fixed camera, so I cannot look at the wreck to stop it from vanishing.
I might be able to obtain the AP/EC Newsvan and the AP/EC Vortexes at the same time, if I don't drive the Vortexes, I just push them instead and impound them. I'll give that a go and if successful, this video won't have much purpose.
