In this video, I show how to obtain EC2 util black Benefactor Feltzer from The Hen House property gang attack mission. After I obtain it, I reload the save and show that it's still there.

This Feltzer ONLY spawns when gangs attack The Hen House. It does not appear in any other gang attack mission.

Property management missions need few days between them to appear again. So remember to advance some time if you want ALL vehicles from them.

Secondary color: Util Black (Invisible, EC2)
