In this video, I show how to get your hands on an FIB truck found in "Three's Company" using a method which is useful for unpatched old gen. After I obtain it, I reload the save and show that it's still there.
This truck exists in MANY missions. So expect to see quite a few of those on my channel.
It is easy to get in pretty much any mission. Actually easier than it might be in free roam. Three's Company is a quick option, however method for getting it differs on a platform you are playing. Nothing mind blowing, though.
If you value special vehicles, then the only FIB truck you should save is one in The Jewel Store Job with bullet proof tires (PP). This is superior over any other FIB found in the game.
