In this video, I show how to get your hands on a Rhino tank that appears in Rampage Four (Rampage 4: Military). After I obtain it, I reload the save and show that it's still there.
Gotta love how fnxrak said "just steal it and wait for Rampage timer run out" to get this Rhino. Yeah, right, reality is somewhat different.
It is actually arguably the HARDEST way to get a Rhino and I suggest not doing this. What makes it hard is the fact that Rhinos are unjackable during Rampage (unlike any other vehicle there) so you need to WAIT for Rampage timer to run out while Rhino on map. Sounds easy? Well, Rhino can very easily kill you with one explosion when it likes to no-scope it's rocket towards you. Secondly, Rhino is LOCKED after Rampage, so you need to either have a car nearby to rush to it and use snapmatic/door blocking on it or for patched new gen, have Cargobob nearby to hook it up and save it to strip club. You CAN'T put it into hangar since hangars only save vehicles that YOU drive in there. You might want to be lucky as I was and wait for soldier to exit Rhino, this makes everything much easier. That being said, there are other ways to get Rhino and they are ALL much easier.
Getting Rhino can be useful to save yourself from money spent on it, but getting Rhino this way is truly beneficial for 1.00 old gen. When you buy Rhino on old gen version 1.00, it comes as NE. NE for Rhino means it has engine covers missing which makes this tank USELESS weak piece of crap (since engine is just exposed to bullets). So for 1.00, you might actually WANT to steal Rhino from the game, not buy it.
