I decided to include them and update the save because.. why not? I have plenty of space for those boats and there are only 5 possible lustered shop boats to get.

All story missions - This includes his 3 family phone call missions, all heists were done with best crew and approach for maximum take.
All strangers and freaks - This includes everything for Michael and Trevor as well as Franklin's "The Last One"
All 57 random events + Altruist shootout - Only ATM robberies, security trucks and bus tour respawn infinitely but there are still 10 separate security trucks random events that must be completed in order to reach 57
All hobbies and pastimes - This includes the shooting range as well as flight school all gold medals with all 3 characters
Unlocked all golf opponents
Achieved gold on all missions and side missions that give a medal
15 hunting challenges (Including a gold medal)
50 stunt jumps (Not just 25)
50 Under the bridges (Not just 25)
15 Knife flights (Not just 8)
All other bonus collectibles (30 submarine parts, 30 nuclear waste, 15 for sale signs, and 10 Epsilon tracts)
Own 15 properties (Not just 5)
Franklin's Children of the Mountain T-Shirt owned
All weapons held with all 3 characters (With max ammo/attachments as well as the 4 hidden weapons - baseball bat, crowbar, golf club and molotovs)
Entire map explored
All skills maxed
All clothes purchased
All therapist missions completed
Obviously 0 cheats/busted/wasted
As you can see, I bought only SOME properties for free. I did not buy Los Santos Golf Club, Tivoli Cinema and Downtown Cab Co. for free since then I would never got their contacts. I also bought T's McKenzie hangar for money since for free it disables trafficking missions forever. Other properties caused no harm when bought for free.
