In this video, I show how to get your hands on a Lawn Mower.
This little slow vehicle ONLY spawns in the northern area of Los Santos Colf Club around 20:00 and with sunny weather. Sometimes multiple lawn mowers spawn, making it possible to obtain various colors. Sometimes none spawn, and you may have to circle around the area a bit.
Although this must be one of the slowest vehicles in the game, it's still pretty cool and rare. I didn't even know about it at all up to late 2014 or 2015 since it only spawns under those specific conditions.
