A army contact of Ray needs help in defending his business from the Cartel, who wants takeover his guns stock. Ray tells us to go to the contact business in Rockford and help him out. The guy we are helping is no other but Phil Cassidy, who we meet in VC and LCS, and also appearing in VCS. Phil offers weapons we can use to take down the Cartel, with a Rocket Launcher being above the container that I show how to get it. After passing the mission, Phil's place gonna be offering weapons to buy.
There's a special vehicle in this mission that can be obtained, a BP Barracks OL. Also the Rhino can be obtained, despite being locked. That is the early and easiest to get a Rhino for the emergency vehicle exportation. I be making a video showing of how to get the vehicles, which will be available in GTA 3 Special Vehicle Guide.
