In this Video, I show how to obtain a Random AP Vehicle from "The Sicilian Gambit" with passing the Mission. After I obtain it, I reload the Save and show that it's still there as well show the properties.
A new discovery! Basically all vehicles driving during the credit scene can be obtained in AP form. Is a one time only thing, so you only get one vehicle from it. To obtain it, you need the vehicle be near you when skipping the credits, which is at Cipriani's restaurant in Saint Mark's. Equip yourself with a Sniper Rifle to headshot the driver. That is the most effective way to stop the driver. Be sure keep your camera on the vehicle or it may disappear.
Somethings you must know. First, not all vehicles are worth to obtain. Perennial, Stallion, Idaho, Manana, PCJ-600, and Freeway can obtained from Salesman side-mission, and they can be made DP anytime. All the rest is worth getting, and I explain further which are the most common and the rare ones separately down the description. Second, the vehicle only will be AP while the camera focused, as well can't be too close when skipping the credits, as it will vanished like happened to me sometimes. The camera during the credits can be changed to other vehicle by pressing up on PSP, don't know for PS2. That is extremely helpful to not only get the vehicle you want, but also keep the credits near the restaurant. However I found a glitch on PSP (Which may be only on Vulkan emulation), that camera can get stuck on motorcycles and glitching through the driver. If that happens just restart the mission, because the game won't change to another vehicle no matter what.
Kuruma, Sentinel, Pony, Rumpo, Cabbie, Taxi, Leone Sentinel, Diablos Stallion, Flatbed, Yankee, Mule, Moonbeam, Blista, and Ambulance are vehicles I saw appearing at credits prior the recording of this video. Kuruma, Sentinel, Leone Sentinel, Cabbie, and Taxi are the most frequent vehicles to appear. Rumpo, Pony, Blista, Moonbeam, Mule, Flatbed, and Yankee are less frequent to appear. I saw a Diablo Stallion once. Though is quite rare to it appear, and i don't know if is possible for it to drive close enough the restaurant. As for the Ambulance, it might be a case of one in a million. I only saw it once, and seems to appeared only due a pedestrian has died.
Be prepared to spend some time on this if you want a specific vehicle, as Is completely random and lucky based. Not to mention fact the ENTIRE mission has to be redone when failing to get vehicle or the camera moved too far away from Saint Mark's. I just recommend the most frequent vehicles I mentioned above, as all the rest is too rare to waste time about it.
