The Yakuza will be doing a meeting at the multi-story carpark in Newport, and Kenji will be there. We are told to pick up a Cartel Cruiser and kill Kenji to frame the Colombians, so the war between the gangs continues. Since you can't leave the car, is recommended to whack some Yakuza members so they don't blow you up. However remember to leave one alive, as a witness is required to pass the mission. Make you passed all Kenji missions prior entering this one, or you won't get 100% completion.
