In this Video, I show how to obtain the Unique RC Bandit from the mission "Toyminator" with mission fail as it's the only way to get it. After I obtain it, I reload the Save and show that it's still there.
When you get to the Toyz van, you must exit as you entered it. That fails the mission, while you will be controlling the Bandit while on foot. To store it in the garage, you must blow the Bandit almost when the garage closed, otherwise will disappear instead of being restored. Is you recommend you have completed Paramedic, so a Adrenaline Pill is available outside the safehouse. That slow the time, thus being better to time the precise moment to detonate the Bandit when closing the garage.
Except on Definitive Editon, this version of Bandit can't be entered. Is pretty a trophy, meaning you can just look at it. Given the short capacity of saving in this game, I recommend leaving this for a secondary save, as there much more interesting special vehicles to get.
