In this Video, I show how to obtain the AP Sanchez from the side-mission "Yay Courier". After I obtain it, I reload the Save and show that it's still there as well as showing the BP/EP/FP Properties. I don't show the DP Property since you can't "dent" Bikes by crashing into stuff. However, if you really want to test the DP Property, grind on the side of a wall over and over or ram into the wall repeatedly. You'll see it never starting to smoke, catching fire, and blowing up.
You need a police vehicle for this. When drive to the Sanchez location, start Vigilante to cancel Yay Courier and keep the camera at the Sanchez all time. You have to be at the right distance from the bike or you will fail to get the bike. If you are to far the bike will be disappear, and if you are too close the bike won't be AP. You can knock the courier off the bike or wait a while for him completely stop and allow you to steal the bike.
Yay Courier is available between "King in Exile" and "Yay Ka-Boom-Boom", with two different missions. On Wednesday and Saturday the AP Sanchez appears, While Monday and Friday the BP/EP/FP/MP Patriot is the target. You need to pass both once to not have additional stats. Same for Vigilante, which is completed after passing level 12.
