In this Video, I show how to obtain the Black Patriot with Black Bumpers from "AWOL Angel" Side Mission in Shoreside Vale with failing the Mission as it's the only way to get it. After I obtain it, I reload the Save and show that it's still there.
The black body color of the Patriot on its own is not special, at it does spawn in traffic. Also the same bumpers color appears on the Pink Patriot and the Yellow Patriot from the missions "Contra-Banned" and "False Idols" respectively. However due this Patriot combining both the black body and black bumpers is what makes it special, as you can't get it anywhere else this way.
Make sure AWOL Angel is passed before obtaining these Vehicles so it doesn't add any extra Mission Attempts to the Stats.
This Special Vehicle can be converted in DP with hookers method, as well convert it into PP with either of the two PP Conversions.
