In this Video, I show how to obtain the EP/EC2 Black Securicar from the mission "Escort Service" with failing the mission as it's the only way to get it. After I obtain it, I reload the Save and show that it's still there as well the Explosion-Proof property on it.
This is not a hard vehicle to obtain, though it can be annoying and take some attempts on it. You need a truck fast enough to follow the Securicar and push it to the road heading to the safehouse. That is the annoying part, as you need to force the Securicar to slam it self to the wall to make it drive down the entrance to the safehouse. Is recommended to use the BP Barracks obtained in the mission "Arms Shortage" as it can be converted into DP, thus not needing to worry about your truck taking damage from crashes. Once you made the Securicar fall down the safehouse, push the Securicar to drive into the garage. Be sure to empty the garage if you have stuff on it. Then use a M16 to destroy the Securicar to fail the mission and quickly close the garage door to restore the Securicar.
The EC2 Black of the Securicar is visible. The bars around it will be black instead of silver, which is the only color you normally get from it.
Unfortunately you can't convert the Securicar into DP despite being smaller than the Barracks OL, which can be converted for some reason.
