Community leaders in the northwest Baltimore and Pikesville areas are concerned about recent crimes against Orthodox Jews. The Randallstown branch of the NAACP is tracking reports of robberies and carjackings, saying it believes Orthodox Jews and women are being targeted in front of synagogues, homes and businesses.
