Orzo is a rice shaped pasta that doesn't get nearly the publicity I think it deserves. It's versatile, easy to work with, forgiving, and the heart of a nearly endless array of appetizers, side dishes, and one dish / one pot meals.
In this video, I'm doing my take on a recipe for Orzo with chicken and Italian sausage that I stole from Chef John, over at Foodwishes.com. It's an absolutely delightful dish, very easy to put together, and it cooks in 15 minutes.
