This is one of Larry Wolfe's inventions, scaled down from family size to "single size." (with leftovers...)

Typical of a lot of his recipes, it's quick and easy, all done in a single pan, and a real tummy pleaser.

Ingredients:
Burger - 80/20 ground chuck
Onion - chopped
Garlic - diced
Mushrooms - sliced
Salt & pepper to taste
Worcestershire sauce
Flour
Beef broth
Water
Frozen mixed veggies
Brussels sprouts (optional)
