The Christmas feast got slightly disrupted this year, due to a dying refrigerator at the worst possible time. With no room to keep anything large, I kept it simple , baked another corned beef, and celebrated the day in typical Florida style, on the patio.

The new fridge was delivered yesterday, the day after Christmas, so I'm back in business now, and I'll try to think up something to do for New Year's Day.
