After a rather frustrating last video, where we stripped down the circuit step by step to identify noise sources and – mostly unsuccessfully – tried to rebuild with lower noise levels (link below), we’re bound to make some headway today.

First we reroute 5V, GND and SPI lines which gets rid of the intermittent errors and reduces the noise. Adding a linear regulator after the switched one reduces the noise even further. Finally we stop an op amp from oscillating and we’re done.
