There is no doubt that one cannot underestimate the usefulness of Fujinon lenses like the 16-55 f/2.8 and the 18-55 f/2.8-4.0 in one's camera arsenal. There zoom focal ranges are ideal for the person who likes less changing out their lens and does not mind the hit in image quality. Before my review of this lens, I wanted to go over some of the reason a 16-80 (24-105mm equivalent) focal range can be so practical for so many workflows and lifestyles.
