Sometimes you work on a project that starts off as small and slowly becomes bigger by the sheer fun of doing it. My cousin takes care of training and preparing synchronized swimmers for the Canadian national team. She had seen my circus photography work and asked me if I felt like coming down and photographing her synchronized swimmers that were training.
For this video shoot I used the MEIKON underwater housing with my Canon G7X mark ii, a swimsuit and a whole lot of breath. I might need a small water tank to film next time.
This is just a teaser as to what I will be able. We get to film every Monday through the months of November and December 2018. I should have a finished product by the beginning of January 2019. In the meantime, through my trial and error, I will try my best to give you guys tips and tricks as to how to film underwater. Make sure that you check out the playlist on my channel.
