This is something I should have done years ago. I just never took the time to learn the game a bit after getting it. Mainly in terms of testing each track to determine which is best for top speed runs at. Which is why I was a bit shocked to find that it wasn't one of the 2 ovals in this game. The bridge section of Bay Bridge from the City Limits track set seems to be slightly better for it. Although I did still have to use an oval for the 4 stock cars since they're only allowed to be driven on proper racetracks. Making this video also gave me all the knowledge I needed to make my next video which will be going up shortly. In the meantime timestamps for all 35 cars in order below.
