Last week, I shared something I've never done before.
On the podcast, I reconnected with a couple two years after we first spoke. They had been living in separate countries due to the war in Ukraine, and are now reunited.
And while we were speaking. I asked them to change; to freshen up so to speak, and come back to the session. I gave them 4 minutes, so they could experience how changing their clothes might impact how they felt.

There's been memorable movement over the years, including asking people to lie on the floor while they disagree. But this is the first time we shared video of a session (with the couple's consent of course).
