FMS Su-27 Twin EDF RC Jet!
Join me in this video as I take the FMS Su-27 twin EDF (electric ducted fan) RC jet for a flight.
The Su-27 is a front line Russian jet fighter. FMS has done a great job designing this model for ease of assembly and flight. You will need to supply a transmitter, receiver and battery for the completed model. You will need a minimum of six channels of control for rudder, elevator, ailerons, throttle, retractable gear and speed brake.
The FMS Su-27 is very well designed. I took about 90 minutes to assemble this model. If I were to do a second one I could complete in 30 minutes, it is that well designed.
The twin EDF motors provide plenty of thrust. The unique design of the fuselage adds a lot of lift to the airplane. The Su-27 takes off in a very short distance and handles exceptionally well in the air. The model is so well designed that it does not require flaps for landing.
