Fair RC 800 mm T 28 Unbox, Build, Fly

In this video we will take the Fair RC 800 mm T-28 RC model aircraft and unbox, build and fly the RC model airplane.

The T-28 is just about complete coming out of the box. All servos, motor and ESC is installed. The only tasks that need to be completed are to screw the wing on with two screws, glue on the horizontal tail surfaces, clip in the landing gear and ensure the control surfaces are connected.

You will have to supply your own transmitter, two cell lipo battery and a four channel receiver. I used a Spektrum 6 channel AR620 receiver. In addition you will need to add a remote ID module if you are not flying within an FAA Recognized Identification Area (FRIA).

The FMS T-28 goes together without any problem. You can put yours together in less than 30 minutes.

The FMS T-28 flies very well. Plenty of power from the 2 cell battery. The model weighs just over a pound. The model is easy to see in the air and handles very well. I would call this a sport flyer and not a trainer for a beginning pilot.
