On 3/6/23 Hanover Township, NJ Police responded to report of a stolen iPhone tracking in the area. Video evidence shows the suspect remove the phone from a woman's purse the night before at a bar/restaurant and put it into his pocket. After denying multiple times that the he had the iPhone in his possession, he ultimately admitted to officers he did have the phone. He led them to his backyard where the phone was found on a tire of a vehicle. Officers arrested the suspect in his rented home. He was released without incident and informed of his mandatory court appearance.

Receiving Stolen Property (2C:20-7A)
Unlawful possession of a weapon (2C:39-5B)
