On 10/17/2024 at around 12:10 AM in Hoboken, NJ police responded to the area of Newark St & Willow Ave on reports of a vehicle that hit a parked car.
Upon arriving at the scene officers encountered a woman in her stopped vehicle. Officers noticed a strong odor of alcohol emanating from her breath and she was slurring her words.
Field sobriety testing was conducted. The driver admitted to consuming 3 tequilas before driving. After failing the field sobriety testing she was arrested for driving while intoxicated and transported to a Hoboken police headquarters for processing. She was released into the custody of a responsible party.
