A child's bike was stolen in Red Bank, NJ and officers cited that video evidence showed the suspect committing the crime. Officers made an arrest in the area of Spring Street for Theft and Obstructing the Administration of Law after the suspect was unwilling to speak with the officers outside of the apartment unit. Eventually, officers entered and found the woman inside and arrested her.
