After converging three different story lines and getting a massive lore dump from the Professor, we finally get a grip on what happened. The AI left behind is more human than the original Professor, who asks you to beat them to stop the time machine and stop the risk to everyone. But of course, they won't go down without a fight, and due to their aforementioned machine, their entire team consists of rare Pokemon from the past. This is impressive in its own way, but isn't even the final trick up their sleeve. Similar to Greevil, Ghetsis, and Volo, the Professor still has a seventh Pokemon left.
Sada has the second Koraidon, and Turo has the second Koraidon. But you can't just keep fighting them as you are, oh no. They activate a plot power that only allows Poke Balls with the PROFESSOR'S ID to be used. This is bad until you remember whose Poke Ball you've been lugging your entire journey. Koraidon. It was never technically yours, nor was it Arven's. Sada was the one who caught it and so can be hoist by her own petard. The fight after the main one is really a victory lap, as you're told by your friends exactly how to handle it and when. You should be able to clear it easily, leading to the grand finale and credits sequence.
I'd also like to give a shout out to K.I. for helping me record some of this, since I've been recovering from a painful surgery and got a nasty flu that really affected me. Without your help, I would not have been able to get these videos out in a timely manner. I love you.
