Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is now available on Nintendo Switch 2, and this video covers a full playthrough of Chapter 4, Dawn of a New Era.

Chapter 4 opens up into the expansive Junon Region after the linear Mythril Mines of Chapter 3, following Cloud and the party as they pursue the black robed figures toward Under Junon and the city of Junon above. The chapter delivers one of the most varied sequences in Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, moving from open world exploration in the Junon Region through to the coastal village of Under Junon, a boss fight against the sea creature Terror of the Deep, the iconic Shinra military parade mini game, and a climactic motorcycle boss fight against Roche to close things out.

Chapter 4 is where Final Fantasy VII Rebirth fully opens up its ambition, blending open world exploration, story beats, mini games and boss encounters in a way that draws deeply from the original Final Fantasy VII while feeling entirely fresh on Nintendo Switch 2.
