This outpost is fairly easy to take over so long as you remain fairly stealthy during the encounter so no reinforcements are called in. Just hide in the bushes and take out the enemies as they approach. I'd recommend a combination of bow and arrow and spears for this fight, but switching to a club may be necessary for closer combat if you get detected.
