The Mass Pike Tunnel East is basically just a small raider camp. There's not really any interesting loot here, but you'll encounter this location if you exit the Boston Police Rationing Site through the exit past the raider and the turret. There are about 5 or 6 raiders. I came from the recently mentioned exit, so a shotgun was the obvious choice to take out the closest raiders. After that a combat rifle finished the job quite nicely. If you're coming from the commonwealth though I'd recommend a sniper rifle while sneaking to pick some off from a distance.
