Finally got to fly the Raptor at my other Club, from a properly paved runway and with much more space to play with it! These may not be my most extreme flights but I was having a blast just coasting around against that backdrop of beautiful and colorful hills that we have at RACBSA. There wasn't a drop of wind, which was great, but the plane had just come out from a crash repair and wasn't properly trimmed. Hard to tell from the video but it did a couple of weird things here and there. It's fixed now though, so nevermind! ;)

Easily one of the best EDF jets by Freewing, ever!

- 2x 9g Digital hybrid gear
- 2x 17g Digital metal gear
- 6x 23g Digital metal gear
Landing Gear: Electronic retractable with all metal shock absorbing struts
Receiver: FrSky X8R, using 12 channels so far (user choice)
Gyro: Hobby Eagle A3S3 (added as a mod)
Separate UBEC: TGY 8-15A (added as a mod)
Receiver battery: Rhino 2S 500 and 610mAh (added as a mod)
Main battery packs: (All weighing around 800g combined)
- HRB 2x 4S 4200mAh 50C
- Turnigy Panther 2x 4S 3000mAh 75C
- Turnigy Nanotech 2x 4S 3300mAh 70C
Mind that although most of the jet is stock, I performed several modifications. Removed the infamous Blue Box and wing ribbon wires, passed individual leads to wing servos, mixed them all separately, removed pilot figure and nose gear light, installed a HE A3S3 gyro (which required physical servo reversing one stabilator servo, inverting motor and pot wires), added a green LED to make a fake HUD reflection effect, airbrushed the canopy to make it look more golden, like the full-scale one. Need to pick the sun at the right angle to show up though!
