Europe loves to lecture America about guns.
They call us backwards.
They call us dangerous.
They call us barbarians for believing people should be armed and able to defend themselves.
Meanwhile, people in Europe are dying from heat in 2026 because so many homes still don’t have air conditioning.
This is the part that makes the whole argument fall apart.
Air conditioning is not some unsolved mystery.
We figured this out in 1902.
A window unit can solve the problem for a few hundred dollars.
And yet, while elderly people are dying in their own homes, they’re still having debates about whether air conditioning is some kind of Western comfort problem.
That is insane.
Because heat death is the easy problem.
Gun violence is the hard one.
Gun violence involves poverty, gangs, despair, mental health, broken families, and generations of social issues you don’t fix with one cheap appliance.
But Europe wants to lecture America about the hard problem while refusing to solve the easy one.
And that’s the hypocrisy.
They mock Americans for being armed to deal with danger from other people, while they can’t even protect their own people from the weather.
So who is actually backwards?
The country that arms itself because danger is real?
Or the countries losing people to a problem the world solved over a century ago?
Taking my rifle away doesn’t cool down one European apartment.
It doesn’t save one elderly person from heat.
It doesn’t fix poverty, gangs, suicide, or crime.
It just makes people feel morally superior while solving nothing.
America has problems.
But at least we understand this:
Protection matters.
Whether it’s air conditioning in a heat wave or a firearm when evil shows up, pretending people don’t need tools to survive doesn’t make you civilized.
It makes you dangerous.
Stay dangerous.
