0) get on top of the House of Twins, backwalk off the ledge grinding against the wall where the Gold Skulltula spawns
1) climb up, start holding Z during the climbing animation
2) pull out a bombchu or a bomb, wait for the second frame of damage (the first frame Link is airborne)
3) equip Hover Boots and hold up
4) jumpslash in midair to reach the out of bounds seam (wait a little after unpausing)
5) navigate towards the Deku Tree and get back in bounds past the loading trigger, walk to the Deku Tree loading zone
Not sure if this particular setup has been used before but it's definitely easier than dropping a chu and turning around after getting a specific angle.

This is an alternative strat for the second small key if people dont like chu weirdshots or do bufferless bingos.
The backflip position for the cutscene dive isnt important at all. I find it easier to adjust from a somewhat central spot, though.
Its not worth getting Hover Boots for this goal alone but it has synergy with it (roughly 30-60 seconds depending on whether you raise the water level or damage boost to the door).
Its also faster to slash a chu at the bombable wall after lowering the water level than dropping it at the 4th red flash in front of the door but I wanted to show the Iron Boots backup strat if you clip back in bounds on accident.")
