0) stand roughly in the centre of the block, turn right, target
1) hold down until the Hover Boots are active for 2-3 frames
2) hold left until Link has completely passed the corner of the rock (probably 3 frame window)
3) hold up-right until Link is climbing up
Useful for bingos or low% MST. You get to the final rupee by doing a precise distance megaflip or hoverslide.
The clip was discovered by Skater. These inputs are very lenient and don't require buffering; this is just a reproducable setup and should be improved to reduce the influence of the accelerating distance, the turning of the camera, etc.
