After leaving BotW sidehop right - neutral roll (don't retarget), turn right, roll, drop bottle contents, draw a bottle, backflip - press B in midair, shield swipe with the bottle contents.
This setup has a very easy timing for the midair B input and is quite fast.
There is a very slim chance, however, that all three of the bugs will head straight left into the water which will make them disappear and thus impossible to finish the setup.
