0) get ISG, target the wall to the left, turn right
1) walk forward to the Silver Gauntlets chest (make sure the owl is gone)
2) sidehop right, sidehop right - neutral roll - retarget
3) roll, turn right, backwalk until Link stays in place
4) hold ESS down-down-right to roll to the far right, sideflip hover
5) do three more sideflip hovers
6) four angled chu hovers (hold up-rightish as much as possible without sidewalking), do an angled backflip to land next to the
Mirror Shield
Useful for Silver Gauntlets and Mirror Shield as child or for the bingo goal "Defeat 4 Iron Knuckles".
To get ISG you can either use a chu for damage ISG or die to respawn with Navi (chances are you'll lose her when going through the temple). ISG from the Silver Gauntlets chest will get cancelled by the following cutscene so don't waste your time.
The hover timing isn't very precise but you want to aim for first frame chu drops during the sideflips to avoid getting stuck on slippery slopes. The angled chu hovers don't matter too much but I prefer the early backflip timing.
The setup is a trade-off between a lenient, consistent and easy to remember strat. Requires 8 chus but can probably done with 7 as well with a better angle/position.
