0:00 - 0:25 demonstration
0:26 - 0:48 different movement before clipping out of bounds, latest frame to clip back in bounds
0:49 - 1:12 shield scoot left for one frame, ESS turn left, target, crouch stab
1:13 - 1:37 shield scoot up-left for one frame (I said shield turn instead), ESS turn left all the way
1:38 - 1:44 frame display after Link stops hovering
This trick requires you to get Hylian/Mirror Shield as child.
Its main purpose is to make DoT skip possible in no S&Q categories. It's roughly 5 seconds slower than an instant savewarp on N64.
You don't need to buffer for the final B input because you have 8 frames to jumpslash on. If you switch to Kokiri Boots anyway, you can use the pause to equip them and check your frame of course.
