0) target the right half of the chest (every position is basically fine on NTSC)
1) sidehop right, neutral roll, turn/tap up
2) shielddrop a bomb, sidehop left, shielddrop a bomb
3) backflip, shieldflick, roll
4) when the bomb is about to explode, hold up and mash A (no need to hold up on NTSC)
5) equip Hover Boots once you have superslide speed
6) unequip them before you slide off the stone structure (the angle on NTSC is more likely to land on the Heart Piece)
The setup works from the Silver Gauntlets chest as well. You only need to invert the directions/positions. If you don't want to open the chest, slash the sword once after step 0) and put away the sword.
You can reach the Heart Piece using a megaflip which also works as child.
This recording was performed on PAL but the setup works on NTSC, too. The PAL roll timing for the superslide might be frame perfect with these inputs but this is still way easier than doing a megaflip on the extended finger of the hand.
