0) climb up on the right side of the ledge and target during the climbing animation
1) backflip twice, sidehop left - neutral roll - retarget
2) sidehop right - neutral roll, keep holding Z and pull out a bombchu
3) hold forward on the frame shown (or the frame afterwards for a 3 frame window to press B on)
4) press B in midair to extend the distance and reach the higher platform

Mashing B to reach the platform only works on the 6th bright red flash and the frame I paused on in the video.
