This setup is a faster alternative to get bottle on B with the quickdraw method near Kakariko. I used Makko's setup before which allowed me to apply lag reduction strats before Navi appears but only with decent movement. The roll after exiting Market is ESS down-down-left like the one for DoT skip (80 degrees to the left) and gives you the perfect angle for backwalking.
I speeded up the waiting part before Kakariko to show the visual cue to leave C-up mode. I'm not sure which position would be optimal for staying in C-up mode but the differences shouldn't be too big.
The range of possible positions at the end of the video is slightly inaccurate because you should be able to get action swap even outside of the marked area but I generally aim somewhere around the centre.
Inputs for the actual setup:
1) target the wall, turn left, drop bottle contents
2) interrupt the bottle animation by shielding to get the empty bottle in Link's hand
3) sidehop left (don't hold anything in midair), press B before Link dives
4) backwalk a little bit if you use bugs to manipulate their positions, sidehop right
5) hold Z+R, hold the C-button corresponding to the empty bottle, let go of R when you're in catch range of the bottle contents
Edit: I just noticed that my position looks really similar to Slask's setup twitch.tv/slask2prask/c/4653112
Shoutouts to him at this point for discovering the spot before I did. His version is probably less prone to bug movement but requires faster inputs to not lose the bugs.
