This week I'm going to show you how to make a simple weeknight tofu teriyaki recipe that comes together in minutes. With crispy pan-fried tofu glazed with an authentic Japanese teriyaki sauce this quick weeknight dinner is both vegan and vegetarian friendly and yet it's flavorful enough to win over meat-lovers.
