In my crochet tutorial today I'll be showing you how to make this easy crochet butterfly applique.

For this pattern you will need crochet cotton or yarn, I used Scheejpes Catona in the video and a 2.5mm hook. For the butterflies for the Spring Blanket I used Scheepjes Maxi Sugar Rush colours (606) Grass Green and (215) Royal Blue and a 1mm crochet hook. Scissor. A darning needle to weave in ends and stitch the butterfly together. 2 small white beads for each butterfly.
For the spring blanket and cushion cover I used Scheepjes Maxi Sugar Rush colors (606) Grass Green, (215) Royal Blue and (106) Snow white. A crochet hook, I used a 1mm hook. Scissors. Darning needle to weave in ends. Sewing thread and needle to stitch the flowers together. Small seed beads for the small flowers and larger white beads for the larger flowers. I used a beading needle to attach the seed beads to the small flowers and stitch the flowers together.
