Revelations | Part 3: Chasm of Xal'Goroth
We obtained the first Ascension Stone. Now we need to seek out the next stone. It's situated in the Chasm of Xal'Goroth.
The Chasm of Xal'Goroth is the second trial, the Trial of the Righteous. Compared to the first one, this is a bit more challenging. Especially when there is puzzle solving and platforming. I mean that a bit literally. Not only that but we also deal with new enemies. Some that are more challenging than others. I kid you not. Remember? You don't have your armor so you really got to be smart here. You can't be careless.
We first need to get the Yellow Eldritch Key, then the Blue. Once that's done. We can then explore to find any secrets. There are plenty with some requiring us to go into Endgame. The Shield Saw is needed in order to destroy the Power Cores. Of course doing this will lock us out of previous room so if you want to find everything, do it now. Once we destroy both Power Cores, the whole area will fall apart so you got to get out of there. At the end we get the second Ascension Stone. The flashback we saw continues and it's detailing what happened back in 2046. He was ordered to destroy a bunker and set it with explosives. But it's another part of the story that will eventually be told.
Osseus is our next area in Part 4.
