Request Playthrough | Part 6: Arc Complex
We took down the Super Gore Nest and gave the planet some time to heal, mostly. But we're still trying to find the third priest. Fortunately, we have some help... and it's help that I'm not a fan of. Dr. Samuel Hayden.
So now we need to head for the Arc Complex, headquarters of ARC (Armored Response Coalition). What for? To find the doctor but it seems that the demons have invaded. So now we got to fight. The way to the complex is blocked so we need to use the two turrets to blast the monster blocking the way. First we find the East Turret and it means throwing hands with demons. Once we use that to blast the way, we then head off for the West Turret. Once we use it to destroy the interference, we head for the building itself.
As we do, we find Dr. Samuel Hayden, who is looking a lot worse for wear. How worse? Guess karma can be such a B isn't it? We do recover what we lost in the last game though. We do find Hayden, send him back and have to throw hands with a Marauder. Marauders are annoying because if you get too close, he shoots you. Get too far, he throws projectiles. You need to keep him at mid-range so you can counter his attack and then bring the pain. Trust me. This game isn't not easy to contend with. It's trial and error, mostly error. But you'll get better.
With Hayden rescued, our work is done. We'll continue in Part 7.
